Who we are
PO Relay is a product of Anchor Web Co (ABN 82 465 541 845), operating under the laws of Queensland, Australia.
The service
PO Relay is a Shopify-embedded app that extracts supplier purchase orders from uploaded or forwarded emails and creates Shopify draft orders for merchant staff to review and approve. Shopify remains authoritative for products, customers, current prices and created drafts.
Plans and billing
PO Relay offers a 14-day free trial (20 drafts, 100 processed pages, no charge), a Standard plan (US$99 per billing month; 100 drafts and 500 processed pages per calendar month) and a Growth plan (US$249 per billing month; 400 drafts and 2,000 processed pages per calendar month). Subscriptions are billed and managed through Shopify's App Pricing / Billing API, including any proration on upgrade or downgrade. There is no overage billing: once a plan's monthly allowance is reached, further processing pauses until the allowance resets or the plan is upgraded.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchant staff are responsible for reviewing and approving each draft order before it is created, for managing their own staff account access within the app, and for using the app only for its intended purpose of processing genuine supplier purchase orders.
Service availability and limitations
PO Relay is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage or service level. Where a draft-order creation attempt's outcome cannot be immediately confirmed with Shopify (for example, following a network timeout), the app resolves this through its own reconciliation process rather than automatically retrying, to avoid creating duplicate orders.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor Web Co provides PO Relay "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Anchor Web Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Anchor Web Co's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. This clause is standard SaaS limitation-of-liability language and is pending review by qualified legal counsel before publication.
Termination
You may uninstall PO Relay from your Shopify admin at any time. Uninstalling revokes the app's access to your store immediately and queues deletion of your shop's data as described in the Privacy Policy's data retention and deletion section.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email to your store's contact address, and continued use of PO Relay after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
